Up early and was able to brush my teeth in the Thompson River.

On the road at7:30am

Strong winds from the north and I was heading north on Hwy 1.
Once I got to Cache Creek, Hwy 1 turned east and it was a lot easier

Ready to leave camp and hit the road.

Another big comnmunity along the route

A very dry area.

Now I have to watch for Big Horn Sheep. What next?

Nice town. Hwy 1 turns East after two days of going North.

Reminds me of an old cowboy movie in Texas

There were thousands of motorbikes on the road.
They have an annual Bike Rally and Poker Run

Nice campground for the night

The campground was on the shore of a beautiful lake.
